Romantic dinner planned. He’s on his way home. You forgot to chill the wine. What’s a girl to do? Another crappy day at work. A glass of wine desperately needed. A quick stop at the grocery store and what you want isn’t in the chilled section. Jeesh! Don’t settle and buy something just because it’s cold. Instead buy skybar™ Wine Chill Drops and those days of waiting for a bottle to chill are over. (Why didn’t somebody think of this sooner…?!)
First of all, these drops just look cool. Secondly, they actually DO cool. All you do is place the Chill Drops in the freezer for at least 5 hours before use. Then in it goes into the empty glass and simply pour the wine over the Drops. Reds chill to the perfect temp in 90 seconds and most whites take about eight. This is up to 20 times faster than your fridge can chill a bottle. You can actually see the cooling condensation move up the glass as it works its magic for you to imbibe. You just remove the Drop, place it in its holder and cheers! I just rinse my drops and put them back into the freezer for the next time I’ll need them. And I will.
I made the mistake the first time I used the Drops by stirring, thinking that would be faster, but my friend didn’t and hers was cooler…so here’s one time that patience is really a virtue. Let the Drops do their job. Another good use would be to keep them in the glass when drinking outside on a hot day and keep your wine cool. (Yes, I’ve actually seen a friend put ice in his wine glass and I practically disowned him on the spot.)
Trust me…you need these. The design is sleek and modern and compliment even the most expensive bottle in your cellar. They make great gifts for any wine lover or bride and groom to be. Wine Chill Drops retail for $49.99 and are available at skybarhome.com and at select premium retail locations, including Williams-Sonoma, Bloomingdale’s, Sur La Table, Bed Bath and Beyond as well as Frontgate Catalog and on www.amazon.com.

What a cool gift idea! I hate when I forget to chill my wine, I can’t tell you how many bottles I’ve accidentally left in the freezer because I wanted to chill them fast then forgot about them!
