I saw this article on MSNBC. At first I thought it was a joke, but it’s totally legit. Adzookie, a new mobile phone advertising company will pay your mortgage every month you agree to advertise for them. The catch? You must let them paint your house like the photo. It must remain like this for a minimum of three months, but possibly as long as one full year. They will paint it back once you’re done, at no cost to you.

So, would you do it?

If I still owed a house, I’d be on it in a hot minute. When the neighbors complained, I’d happily tell them that if they wanted to pony up my mortgage payments for the next year or two, then sure, I’d repaint. Otherwise, they could all kiss my insanely bright yellow and blue paint job! At a time when many are struggling to pay those mortgages, this could be a blessing – no disguise. Your house is a billboard for all the world to see.
